Yes. You can renovate the property to suit your tastes as much as you want. All that we require is for you to seek permission from us for the particular renovations that you want to do. As long as your planned renovations are tasteful and do not detract from the value of the property, we will not object.

If the renovations that you want to undertake are quite substantial we will need to discuss them in further detail. For example, let\'s say that you have Assisted Home Purchase Program home that does not have a garage, but you intend to build a garage on the property during the course of the Assisted Home Purchase agreement. In this particular instance, we would need to amend the Assisted Home Purchase contract so that the future sale price of the property would be based on an appraisal that did not include the garage. It is not fair for you to have to pay for the garage twice.
