Yes. Realizing that there were going to be clients who wanted to purchase the property earlier than originally planned, we developed a method to satisfy their needs. If you agree to an 84 month term but want to buy the home outright prior to the end of the 84 months, there is a minor charge of $100 for each month remaining on the term. Let\'s say that there are 25 months left in the Assisted Home Purchase contract and you want to buy the home outright, we will simply add $2,500 to the purchase price of the property. Please note though that you must fulfill at least 48 months of the Assisted Home Purchase contract before you are eligible to purchase the property early.
